Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Leckhampton Dental Clinic. By accessing our website or receiving treatment at our clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We may update these Terms at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

We ask that patients attend all scheduled appointments on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. Repeated missed appointments may affect your ability to book future treatments.

3. Fees & Payments

All treatment costs will be discussed during your consultation and confirmed prior to commencement. Payment is required either in advance or at the time of treatment, unless a payment plan has been arranged. We accept various payment methods, including debit and credit cards. Failure to make payment may result in further action or refusal of additional treatment.

4. Treatment Planning & Consent

All patients will receive a treatment plan tailored to their clinical needs. This plan will outline the proposed treatments, estimated costs, and expected outcomes. Informed consent must be obtained prior to proceeding with any treatment. Patients are encouraged to ask questions and fully understand their options before agreeing to treatment.

5. Emergency Appointments

We aim to accommodate dental emergencies promptly. Emergency slots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We do our best to offer same-day appointments, but availability is not guaranteed.

6. Patient Records & Confidentiality

All personal and medical information provided to the clinic is kept strictly confidential and in accordance with current UK Data Protection regulations and GDPR. You have the right to access your dental records at any time by submitting a written request.

7. Complaints

Leckhampton Dental Clinic strives to provide the highest standard of care. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to raise the issue with a member of our team promptly. Formal complaints should be made in writing and will be handled in accordance with our Complaints Policy.

By using our website, you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose or to upload or transmit any material that may damage our site or infringe upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.

9. Liability

While we take all reasonable care in delivering our dental services, Leckhampton Dental Clinic will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from treatment, delays, or website use, except as required by UK law.
