Complaints Procedure
At Leckhampton Dental Clinic, we are committed to delivering high-quality care and service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible so we can address your concerns promptly and fairly.
In the first instance, please speak to a member of our reception or clinical team. Many issues can be resolved quickly at this stage. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please do so in writing by email to reception@leckhamptondentalclinic.co.uk or by post to our practice address: 31 Leckhampton Rd, Cheltenham GL53 0BD.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to provide a full response within 10 working days. If further investigation is required, we will keep you informed of progress and expected timelines. We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve our service and patient care.
